2026 Day 2 Sessions

Friday, April 10

  • Masha Trenhaile

In today’s fast-paced professional world, even the most talented teams can struggle — not because of a lack of skill, but because of a lack of alignment. The Six Types of Working Genius model offers a powerful lens to understand how people naturally contribute to the stages of work: from sparking ideas to driving them across the finish line.

In this engaging session, Masha will explore the six distinct “genius” types — Wonder, Invention, Discernment, Galvanizing, Enablement, and Tenacity — and how each plays a critical role in moving projects from concept to completion. You’ll discover why some team members thrive in certain phases while others feel drained, and how to identify and fill the gaps that may be holding your team back.

Each participant will also receive a personalized Six Types of Working Genius assessment, providing valuable insights into their own geniuses and frustrations, and enabling them to immediately apply the model to their work.
