Jillian has served as the project and product lead for Duke University’s flagship web team since 2013. Drawing from two decades of web PM experience, she brings order and direction to digital projects and teams of all shapes and sizes across Duke IT.Prior to joining higher education, Jillian worked as a government communications officer, web agency project manager, and television promotions producer. She is an alumna of the University of Pennsylvania and an Illinois native, born and raised in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago.
