Metta Meditation or LKM: An Exercise in Empathy

Meditation is practiced around the world for multiple benefits like reduced stress, increase focus, improved mental health and physical abilities, and religious devotion. Metta Meditation, or Loving-Kindness Meditation, is useful for practicing and growing the skill of empathy. Join us for a brief presentation on the benefits of empathy in the workplace, and in service/support delivery, then an exercise in guided Metta mediation, self-reflection, and a brief discussion. Recommend having paper and writing utensil for personal reflection.
