Erin Easter has spent most of career working in customer/user experience within the insurance world – 18 years at State Farm and 5 years at COUNTRY Financial. She’s been an interface design specialist, a research analyst, a data modeler, a product owner, and a user experience specialist. Nothing makes her happier at work than coming up with an elegant solution to a confusing problem. She’s enjoys being involved in the community, serving on Unit 5’s Citizens Advisory Council and as publicity chair for the Beyond the Books Educational Foundation. Any spare time is spent with her husband Steve, shuttling around their three kids, and spoiling their COVID puppy. She also enjoys reading, bootcamp classes, and cooking, and she completed her third sprint triathlon last August.
