Emma likes studying how people use systems and working out how to make them better. She believes systems are beasts to be tamed and good design is the way to do it. Working for a top UK University and sold on the idea of human-centred design, she invests time in forming relationships, having conversations and asking questions all in pursuit of getting UX noticed and being taken seriously.
