Stacy Billman is responsible for assisting the Director of Analytics and Alignment with developing and documenting processes and systems for key office functions and success metric analysis. She also manages various team-based projects and provides support for the Chief Communications Officers community of practice. When she is not thinking about organizational efficiencies, Stacy can be found planning her next outdoor adventure, baking, scoping out live music preferably at dive bars, listening to music or podcasts, or getting some kind of movement in her day, usually all with her pug mix, Louie, by her side.

Maggie Evenson is an Analytics Specialist in Strategic Communications and Marketing. She supports the Analytics and Alignment team by creating reports in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and using SEO data and assists others across campus to do the same.

Beyond her role at StratCom, Rashmi is a student in the Informatics PhD program. During her leisure time, she enjoys reading, spends time with her beloved dog, Puri, and explores local food.

A graduate of Franklin University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Marketing and Communications, Keith combines his artistic talents with a solid understanding of effective communication to engage diverse audiences.

Renee has over 20 years of experience in higher education and non-profit sectors, specializing in marketing, communications, and special events. She holds a Master of Science in Education from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. She has been with Illinois Human Resources since 2007 and currently holds the title of Director of Marketing and Communications. She leads marketing strategies, manages the IHR website, and oversees social media and online publications.

He is skilled at producing content in various formats and contexts, but his biggest passion is music production, which he has been doing for many years as an unpaid side project. More recently, he has gotten some traction as an electronic musician in the Champaign-Urbana music scene and played sets at well-respected venues like Immersion Fest under the moniker “Starcruiser”.

Kate McGowan is a Senior Content and SEO Specialist at Carnegie. With eight years of experience in digital marketing copywriting and search engine optimization, Kate creates and executes web content and SEO strategies for colleges and universities, telling the story of each institution through content writing, content strategy, and information architecture design. She has a deep interest in the emergence of generative AI and has spent time educating other SEOs, writers, and marketers on how to leverage AI tools and optimize for new search experiences in the AI age. In her free time, she reads, bakes sourdough, and volunteers in community gardens.

Carissa Nelson is a marketing and communications professional who is passionate about creating value-driven messaging that creates real and lasting impact. A Central Illinois native, Carissa is a College of ACES graduate with a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Illinois and a M.S. in Family & Consumer Sciences from Illinois State University. She has spent the past several years pursuing digital marketing certifications from Google, Facebook, Hootsuite, and more. Her favorite thing about working in communications is creating valuable connections between people and information.

He is also a big fan of board games!
